On Friday, August 23rd from 6:30-8:30 pm we will kick off our Missions Focus Weekend! This night is a time for Prayer and Worship with our visiting missionaries. Our Missionaries will be sharing their prayer requests for their work and their families. They also would like to know the prayer needs for our mission work and church.
SATURDAY | AUGUST 24 | 9:00-12:30 PM
On Saturday, August 24th from 9:00-12:30 pm we will have a time of Education with our visiting missionaries. We will hear from multiple Missionaries and their works. Jordan Dietz serves with Fellowship of Christian Athletes in San Diego County, which focuses on making disciples through engaging, equipping, and empowering coaches and athletes to know and grow in Christ. This is a great opportunity for you and your youth to learn about how to impact our campuses for Christ. Scott Mollenhauer- "The Coach" serves with YWAM as a basketball coach in Central Asia where he coaches some of the national teams. He uses his platform to spread the gospel and will also provide a wonderful update on the recent Paris Olympics where his daughter participated. We will also have Bruce Camp who leads DualReach and will discuss all things missions. Come and learn about the Riverview Mission Focus Areas and upcoming short-term missions trips!!

On Sunday, August 25th we will have Scott Mollenhauer speaking during Adult Bible Fellowship in the Upper Room at 8:00 am.

SUNDAY ENGAGEMENT | AUGUST 25 | 5:00 PM
On Sunday Evening we will have our BiG Missions Event for the whole family! Join us for a Great Dinner followed by Family Visits to the Missionary Stations throughout the church. Children will be given passports and will receive visa stamps and surprises from each missionary they visit! This is all FREE for the whole family. We ask that you sign up so we are able to prepare enough food, and passports! See you then!
We are happy to announce that we will begin hosting Awana here at Riverview Church starting this Fall! This is an exciting time, and we need your help to make this Children's Ministry a success. God is generous and so he calls us to be as well. What we do with what God has given us shows the world where our hearts are at and helps proclaim the gospel. We want to glorify God with every area of our lives, and that includes what we do with our finances.
