The Men's Ministry facilitates the spiritual growth of our men as they serve Christ and make a positive impact for the Lord in the lives of others. Weekly we offer: Men's Morning and Evening Bible Studies, and Retired Men's Fellowship. Throughout the year, there are Men's Retreats, bicycle and motorcycle rides, golf outings, breakfasts, shooting events, and more!
The Women's Ministry offers various weekly studies that are offered in the morning and evening such as: All For Him Quilting Ministry, Women's Prayer Team, Coffee Break, Tasting Room, MomLife, Fountain of Fitness, Ladies 12 Step, & Hope For Prodigals. Throughout the year, the women's ministry hosts special luncheons and offsite socials!
The Family Ministry is proud to host Night4All weekly on Tuesdays evenings and event based activities throughout the year such as: Marriage Conferences, Date Night, Family Desert Trips, Family Element (June 10-12th), Family BBQ (June 29th), & Family Counseling.
On Sundays, we provide childcare during both services for nursery-5th grade, and classes during the second service for Junior High (grades 6-8) and Senior High (grades 9-12). On Tuesday evenings for Night4All, we offer AWANA and youth groups for Junior and Senior High. Throughout the year, their are special presentations and offsite/onsite activities.
If you're a young adult, we encourage you to explore either our weekly Young Adults Ministry (ages 18-25) or our bimonthly Riverview Singles group (ages 20-30) that both gather for fellowship, worship, and social activities.
Riverview is thankful for the many ministries that help our church serve others and the Lord, such as "HomeTown Heros", Loft House", "Mexico Ministry", "Missions Ministry", "Widows and Widowers", and many many more.
As believers, God calls for us to spread His love and care by serving others. We invite you to explore the volunteer opportunities to find the place where your talents, abilities and gifts can be used for the glory of God.
On a weekly basis, we offer Refuge 12 Step and Ladies 12 Step (exclusively for women) to help address addictions, dependencies, and other struggles, and Grief Share, a13 week support group. Bimonthly, and as needed, we offer Food Distribution through Feeding America, as well as canned goods in the church office. We offer ongoing biblical counseling that provides guidance and support through God’s Word to help individuals overcome personal struggles.
At Riverview, we believe growth happens in community. Home Groups are weekly gatherings of 8–16 people building spiritually significant relationships and encouraging one another in faith. Groups meet on various days and location.
